Sweet things at NIMA come from two places: the kitchen, which makes pancakes to order, and the bakery counter by the bar, where the selection changes daily. Together that is 12 items, from 39 to 229 ฿.
From the kitchen: Pancakes, three fluffy ones. Classic comes with berries or banana, maple syrup and butter (189 ฿). Chocolate comes with warm chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and cocoa dust (199 ฿).
On the counter, the cakes: Basque Burnt Cheesecake (149 ฿), Orange Cake (189 ฿) and Chocolate Cake (229 ฿). Then the pastries — Almond Croissant (139 ฿), Chocolate Croissant (89–119 ฿), Croissant Zebra (49 ฿) and Danish Pineapple (89 ฿). Muffins come in banana, blueberry and double chocolate (79 ฿); donuts in glaze, green tea and chocolate (59–69 ฿). The smallest things on the counter are Cinnamon Twists (39 ฿) and Brownie (39 ฿).
Because the counter changes from day to day, ask at the bar what is in today. A slice of cake with a flat white (99 ฿) or a matcha latte (99 ฿) makes an easy afternoon here, and everything can be taken away.
